Happy Sunday lovelies, hope everyone had an amazing week. So i took on a bold choice of hair color this weekend, Beyonce made me do it! I loved her gold braids and i wanted to try something similar though not as long as hers, now i have my own version of the yonce braids!
Still on doing things that were inspired by others, coincidentally in church today, we read a bible verse that said “The son can do nothing himself but what he seeth the Father do…..” Though it has a different meaning but it can also be understood as following another’s footsteps, being inspired to do things people you like/look up to have already done. Everyone likes to be a pacesetter but let’s face it, most of what we do have already been done, the only thing we do is recreate and add our own versions to them, even when we invent things, someone somewhere would love to recreate it and the circle continues….
For my outfit today, I wore a sweatshirt, yes a sweatshirt for real! The weather has been so terrible this past week (-12 to 0 degrees celcius), I needed to stay warm and still look beautiful and fashionable, I could’nt think of a better to rock this beautiful printed long sleeves polyester sweatshirt from Rosegal. I like that it’s so comfy and the colors and print can go with a lot of pieces i already own. So, what do you think of my styling? You like?
